This ancient grain is grown without pesticides or agrochemicals, which helps protect the soil and the ecosystem. Emmer is known for its high content of zinc and other minerals that support immunity and healthy digestion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, in February they opened the Prazrnko bistro at the Virtusia Biocentre in Doln\u00e9 Ko\u0161arisk\u00e1. It serves vegetarian and vegan dishes made from organically grown ingredients, including emmer products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can find our report from the farm here: <a href=\"https:\/\/krajinaziva.sk\/en\/ocenene-prazrnko-o-liecivom-chlebe\/\">https:\/\/krajinaziva.sk\/ocenene-prazrnko-o-liecivom-chlebe\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Products and sales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farma Prazrnko offers a wide range of emmer products, including flour (fine, semi-coarse and coarse), pasta and sourdough bread<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These products are available in the small shop that is part of the Prazrnko bistro, through the e-shop on the Virtusia website, at the Vicky Wall pharmacy in Bratislava and in a network of organic and zero-waste shops \u2013 for example U V\u00e1\u017eky, Slne\u010dnica, STRAKA bezobalov\u00fd obchod and others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prazrnko actively contributes to protecting the environment and biodiversity through:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organic growing without chemicals \u2013 avoiding pesticides and agrochemicals protects the soil and water sources and supports a healthy ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preserving traditional cereal varieties \u2013 by growing emmer they contribute to crop diversity and the preservation of genetic heritage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting the local economy and sustainability \u2013 by working with local suppliers and retailers they support regional development and reduce the carbon footprint associated with transport.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prazrnko received the Farma \u017eiv\u00e1 award in 2024.
