At the turn of May and June, we took part in the E+ Authentic Collaboration training.
During the training, we got to know the Dragon Dreaming method and experienced what
it means to have a safe and open space – one where every voice has a place and even the
most personal dreams can become the start of a shared journey.
Dragon Dreaming is more than just a project management tool. It is an invitation to
deeper listening, collaboration and service to the Earth. This is exactly what resonated with our
approach in Krajina živá, where we believe that changing the landscape starts within – with the people
who farm it and with those who support them.
After the training, we tried out the principles of this methodology in practice – during a working
meeting in southern Italy and later in the PR planning for our Krajina
živá project. In both cases it helped us get moving and find a shared direction.

Led by Lizandra Barbuto and a team of facilitators (Manu, Vanessa, Gabriel), we
experienced what trust means in practice. Shared responsibility and deep listening
created a space where intellect could meet vulnerability.
In Krajina živá, we want not only to support farmers who protect the landscape through their
way of farming, but also to build a culture of authentic collaboration that is alive,
conscious and sustainable.

Thank you to everyone who helped create this space. And thank you, too, for allowing us
to answer together the question of how to create a future that is kind to
people and to the Earth.

An Experience That Changes the Way We Create and Collaborate
At the turn of May and June, we took part in the E+ Authentic Collaboration training.
During this time, we got to know the Dragon Dreaming method and experienced what
it means to be in a safe and open space – one where every voice has a place, and
even the most personal dreams can become the beginning of a shared journey.
Dragon Dreaming is more than just a tool for project management. It is an invitation
to deeper listening, collaboration, and service to the Earth. This resonated deeply
with our approach in Krajina živá (Living Landscape), where we believe that changing
the landscape begins within – within the people who cultivate it, and those who
support them.
After the training, we put the principles of this methodology into practice – first during
a working meeting in southern Italy, and later in the PR planning of our Krajina živá
project. In both cases, it helped us move forward and find a shared direction.
Under the guidance of Lizandra Barbuto and the team of facilitators (Manu, Vanessa,
Gabriel), we experienced what trust looks like in practice. Shared responsibility and
deep listening created a space where intellect could meet vulnerability.
In Krajina živá, we aim not only to support farmers who protect the landscape
through their way of farming, but also to cultivate a culture of authentic collaboration –
one that is alive, conscious, and sustainable.
We are grateful to everyone who co-created this space. And we are thankful that,
together, we could reflect on the question of how to create a future that is kind to both
people and the Earth.
